Situation

DFW Real Estate Group wanted to create a family of web sites to market their integrated and innovative real estate services to both business and consumers.

Solution

MarketNet designed and developed a parent company site, four service line sites and 30 sub-sites that market specific communities in the area and share common content and tools:

  • Corporate Umbrella Site
  • Mortgage Company Site
  • Corporate Relocations Company Site
  • Temporary Housing Company Site
  • Real Estate Info Center Site
  • Community Sites, driven from a common set of code

MarketNet also developed, implemented and continues to manage a comprehensive search engine marketing program that includes organic optimization and paid advertising campaigns.

Results

The sites position the company among category leaders and provide interactive features such as MLS search, financial calculators and other tools. Visitation for the entire family of sites continue to improve, every month.
