Solution
A corporate web site was produced to market the core business of providing property tax loans. In addition, an integrated marketing management system was produced to store data, generate custom mail lists, and manage customer contacts.
The Tax Ease Information System provides a common data format for disparate data coming from every county in Texas and other parts of the United States. Custom data lists for the purpose of targeted direct mail campaigns based on strategic demographic data are generated from this system.
The system enables Tax Ease sales and marketing personnel to search for delinquent accounts and provides a history of all direct marketing activity to these accounts.
