taking into account global reporting standards
and best practices.
STAKEHOLDER DIALOGUE
We will employ effective means to identify and
reach out to all of our stakeholders – not only to
shareholders, employees, customers, and business
partners, but also to regulators, affected
communities, citizens and environmental groups,
research institutions, and nongovernmental
organizations – engaging with them to help
refine and broaden our understanding and
application of more sustainable environmental
practices.
RESEARCH
We will continue to support environmental
research to maintain our leadership position. |
